Chef Joseph Moreta, the owner of The Iron Skillet Café, is a professional chef of 13 years. Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute Of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Joe takes pride in serving American Regional cuisine. He is assisted by his executive chef, Nicole Praessel, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. The two chefs create an exciting menu of the highest quality ingredients.
